Your Guide Joe Noonan Joe founded Planetary Partners to bring together kindred souls and aligning with the magnificence & beauty of Nature for personal & planetary transformation. Joe Noonan reflects back to people that this world is already a Heaven on Earth, and that the tools to find joy in the moment are around and within us. That harmony is inevitable and that innately we all just love each other and sometimes we forget – he is here to help us remember. Joe is on the planet to remind us to experience the beauty in nature, and bring the lessons that nature teaches back into our relationships at work and at home. He facilitates a remembrance that life is a dance, harmonic and flowing, and that we truly are all ‘fingers of the same hand’. He is leading the metamorphosis of the masculine into a cooperative, synergistic, gentle and kind way of being………. He is here to ignite the playful child in us, to help us see God in all things, including ourselves and each other. As a teenager, amidst a family counseling session over the suicide of his brother, he realized that it is only our unconscious beliefs that limit us. Shortly after that, he began a daily practice of yoga and meditation that he continued for decades.
When he was 21, he moved to the
woods of Northern Maine, Over the next decade he had a private healing practice using shiatsu, reflexology and flower essences, and worked as a healer using the laying on of hands in local churches and hospitals. During this time Joe also worked as a carpenter and ran his own construction company, Cooperative Designs. His work was based on the collaborative approach to working with the Devas and Elementals made famous by Eileen Caddy and the Findhorn Community. Realizing that the physical illnesses he was treating originated from our thoughts and beliefs, he started a private psychotherapy practice for eight years. To further his love of adventure, Joe worked as a wilderness guide for several Outward Bound schools, leading sailing, camping, canoeing and hiking trips. In 1990 he started his own consulting company, the Quantum Leadership Project, that teaches Leadership and Teambuilding programs for colleges, universities and Fortune 500 companies including Harvard, MIT, GE, BellSouth, HP, IBM and more. Joe takes executives on Leadership Retreats around the world. Combining his wilderness skills with his holistic facilitation skills, he started Planetary Partners and began leading Self Awareness Adventure Retreats for individuals, couples, men's and women's groups. While visiting friends in Hawaii, Joe had a life-changing encounter with a pod of Wild Dolphins and stepped out of the water a changed man. Since that time, he's been bringing groups and families to swim with wild dolphins and whales in different parts of the world. He's called the 'Dolphin Whisperer' for the way dolphins respond to him.
In 2008, while attending a retreat led by a group of Ojibwe native elders on Isle Royale in Lake Superior, he was given the name 'Merman', recognizing him as the return of the Mer-people, those who bridge land and sea. Joe offers workshops and retreats that awaken our innate love of life. He's a masterful life coach, guide and facilitator, and has been a guest on Oprah, Fox TV, National Geographic and many other shows.
